Titus-Will Collision Center is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our is a part-time position that will become full-time.
Our Collision Center is an established family-owned business with a great reputation from our customers and employees. Our goal is not only to provide the best service and repairs for our customers but also to provide a satisfying career for our employees.

- More benefit details available at: a member of our 4-person Customer Care Team the appropriate individual handles (but not limited to) the following responsibilities:
- Answer phones
- Greet customers
- Respond to email
- Receive payments
- Create repair orders
- Reschedule missed appointments
Familiarity or understanding of the following is preferred:
- CCC One
- Audatex
- ERA/Reynolds & Reynolds
- Creating business appropriate correspondence
- Microsoft business suite (Word & Outlook)
- Experience working with auto insurance claims
- Managing assigned duties in a fast-paced environment
- Answering phones on a multi-line phone system
- Insurance guidelines and web systems
Titus-Will has been in business since 1938 with many locations throughout the South Puget Sound. The Collision Center currently employs about 30 individuals and services about 200 vehicles each month. We are one of the very few collision repairers that have the industry recognized I-CAR gold designation. This is only achieved through a commitment to ongoing training to ensure our customers vehicles are repaired by the best technicians in the industry. We are also factory-certified with Ford Hyundai Nissan and Stellantis/FCA. This allows us to set ourselves apart as a leader in our industry and attract more customers and the best employees.
