Job Description
Parts Counter Person
Responsibilities:
- Assist technicians find the best part at the cheapest price
- Order parts and write accurate purchase orders to match Repair Order
- Understand and control of parts inventory
- Creating bin locations for new stock
- Notify of shortage & damage discrepancies
- Prepare items for returns and shipping
- Keepthings in a neat and orderly fashion
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Other responsibilities may be assigned
- Maintain accurate records
- Other generaltasks and related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 2 Years of Parts Experience required
- Must be detail oriented with a strong work ethic
- Must have excellent phone and customer relation skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Should have excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and work in a high-paced environment
- Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and perform duties accurately
- Energetic and professional with a strong desire to succeed.
- Effective Communication Skills
- Must possess a professional appearance and work well with others
- Applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background check and MVR
