UW-Superior seeks a visionary founding Program Coordinator of Social Work to launch an innovative Master of Social Work (MSW) degree completion program that emphasizes personal professional and systemic well-being. The Program Coordinator is a faculty member responsible for the leadership and administration of the social work program (situated within the UW-Superior Department of Human Behavior Justice and Diversity) coordinating with the UWS MSW Advisory Committee and with established campus regional educational and employment partners. The coordinator will oversee the development implementation and evaluation of the social work curriculum ensure compliance with accreditation standards manage faculty and staff and support student success.
The coordinator will also have a teaching role of up to 50%. The position requires strong collaborative leadership strategic planning and a commitment to excellence in social work education. The founding Program Coordinator will lead this new program through implementation providing administrative and strategic direction for social work education and leading the social work program through growth initiatives including professional accreditation.

Compensation: Salary range for this position is: $75000 - $85000 annually.
