Job Summary/Basic Function
Reporting to the Director of Undergraduate Recruitment assist in the maintenance and operation of the Customer Relationship Management (Slate) ensuring it aligns with the communication plans for undergraduate admissions and other enrollment management departments. Provide training and technical support to the admissions staff in accessing and using the CRM (Slate) tool for various recruitment activities promoting efficient and effective use. Assist with writing queries and programs to generate reports and analyze data for the Assistant Director. This includes importing and exporting data files between Banner and Slate and other related data management tasks. Pull reports from the Slate that are used for student communications and other recruitment-related purposes. Participate in special projects and perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Undergraduate Recruitment.
Required Education
Bachelors degree
Required Related Experience
Experience working with relational databases CRM email communication or related experience is required.
Desirable Related Experience
Two years progressively working with relational databases CRM email communication or related experience is required.
