We are seeking anHRIS Analyst to play a key role in supporting maintaining optimizing our HR systemsprimarily UKG Pro Greenhouse and ServiceNow. This role will work closely with both HR and IT teams to ensure systems run smoothly deliver accurate reporting and support efficient user-friendly HR processes.
The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise hands-on experience with configuration and reporting and a collaborative mindset. A key focus will be enhancing the UKG experience for system users and employees across the organization.
This is a hybrid role based in our Indianapolis office (WTHR) with an in-office presence expected two days per week.
Responsibilities:
Configure and Maintain our HRIS to support core HR functions such as onboarding benefits compensation and performance management
Manage system updates testing and deployment of new features or enhancements
Provide day-to-day technical support and training to system users
Create and maintain user guides training materials and documentation
Explore and implement system functionality to improve processes and increase user adoption
Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc reports and dashboards to support decision-making
Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Ensure all SOX requirements and internal controls are met
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in human resources Information Technology Business Administration or a related field
Strong technical expertise in HRIS systems; UKG experience is strongly preferred
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Solid understanding of HR operations and data management
This position will require hybrid work at our Indianapolis Office
