You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailTo develop Artemis business in the given geography. To plan execute monitor and control International Sales in the given territory. To develop means of increasing revenue from international markets and develop markets for more international patients to come to Artemis.
Principal Accountabilities
(A) Operational
1. International Sales target planning and budgeting
Provide inputs and support to Controller International Business in the setting of short & long term revenue targets and budget for International Business channel.
Plan sales initiatives for the International Business channel.
2. International Business Partners empanelment
Maintain database of all the International Business Partners
Identify and segment the countries to be covered.
Initiate contact explain the nature of business and services and also understand their need for healthcare for their clients.
Customize the requirements of International Business in package costing get it approved from finance if required.
Enter in to tie ups by Coordinating with controller legal finance and international business partners..
3. Control and track International Business sales activities
Generate the sales and collection MIS
Analyze sales and collection trends to identify the changing trends in the flow of international patients to India as a whole and Artemis as specific.
Managing sales promotion campaigns in the given territories (seminars / contact program / advertising campaign).
4. Relationship building with key International Business Partners
Meeting and Developing relationships with Doctors Facilitators in the specified markets.
Meeting and Developing relationship with key influencers present inside / outside India who can / may influence the business ( agents / Tour operators / embassies / foreign delegates foreign representatives and customers )
Striking alliances with Global Brands and design co campaigns.
Customer Relationship and Retention.
Supervision of patient management.
Operations and Compliance
Ensuring smooth flow of process admission medical care discharge etc.
Ensuring timely handling of queries arising from Facilitators and Web.
Ensuring smooth handling of international patients in terms of lodging boarding and logistics.
Negotiating legal framework of signing agreements between my organization and vendor / supplier organization
Coordinating with various departments eg Patient Care Medical Informatics Medical and Nursing Care
Ensuring compliance to International Protocols and regulations related to International Guest arrivals
5. Collection and credit control
Coordinate with patient care department about the outstanding bills of International Patients
Direct collection executives for regular collection of money from the patients
Co-ordinating with the doctors and other people to make sure that the treatment is completed within the quoted package and to collect money from the patient if the package money is exhausted

3-5 years of relevant experience in a large hospital or in service industry.
Functional/Technical
Good networking skills
Excellent oral and written communication
Knowledge of healthcare policies of various corporate.
Knowledge of the overall business environment and services offered
Understanding of competitors
Comfortable with common medical terminology
Clear understanding of selling services along with pricing
