Senior Associate/Special Counsel: Commercial Litigation

About the role:
- Join a busy and well-resourced Litigation & Dispute Resolution team within the firms largest and most dynamic division.
- The team is structured collaborative and supported by strong systems with proper matter management protocols and a clear approach to workflow.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build or maintain client relationships are highly regarded.
The ideal candidate:
- Senior Associate or Special Counsel (58 PQE) with proven experience across a broad range of commercial litigation matters ideally gained at a mid-tier or top-tier firm.
- A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university underpinned by strong academic records.
- Ability and willingness to mentor junior lawyers.
- A team player capable of working independently.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work on manage a busy workload and meet tight deadlines.
