WHO YOULL WORK WITH
This role sits at the intersection of operations and innovation within the Nike Sport Research Lab (NSRL). Youll collaborate with internal teams external partners and field staff to orchestrate pilot deployments service launches and on-going partner success across a variety of environmentsfrom retail and research doors to mobile activations. Youll report to the Director of Field Services within Innovation and work closely with stakeholders across Nike external partners and academic institutions.

Bachelors degree in operations or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education experience and training
A minimum of 7 years directly relevant work experience
Experience working in account management preferably in research operations service deployment or software management environments.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Basic fluency in software development and management concepts.
Experience with pilot testing organizational change and/or operational handoffs is a plus.
WHAT YOULL WORK ON
As Partner Success Manager for NSRL Field Services youll lead the coordination of pilot programs and service launches executed by partners. Youll manage planning learning capture and partner engagement to ensure smooth transitions and scalable knowledge transfer. Youll build relationships and work to understand partner goals and coordinate logistics of pilot programs. You will communicate with leadership about strategic goals and on-the-ground teammates about system updates with equal ease.
Key Responsibilities:
Build strategic and operational relationships with partners.
Help to assess potential fit of new partners and new working models.
Coordinate with partners the setup testing programming and assessment of pilots and services.
Serve as the on-going primary liaison between internal teams and external partners.
Establish and document troubleshooting and maintenance procedures. Capture and structure institutional learnings into repeatable playbooks.
Drive weekly prioritization and backlog management for the service team.
