Job Description
BrightStar Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN)to provide one-on-one overnight care for a 1-year-old male patient in his home. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting difference while working in a calm focused setting.
Position Details:
- Location:Plainview TX
- Schedule: Monday to Sunday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
- Pay: $30$35 per hour
- Night Differential Pay
- Pay Schedule:Weekly pay
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver overnight skilled nursing care in a pediatric home setting
- Monitor and manage aventilator-dependent trach(including suctioning and trach care)
- Administer feedings through aGJ Mickey button
- Track and document vital signs and patient observations throughout the shift
- Maintain a safe comfortable environment for the patient overnight
Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of Texas
- ActiveBLS/CPRcertification
- Experience withtrach and ventilator care(required)
- Familiarity withG-tube or GJ-tubefeedings
- Pediatric home health experience preferred
- Reliable calm and confident working independently
