Job Description
Role Overview
We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Assistant (English/Spanish) to support promotional campaigns provide on-site customer assistance and help ensure all customers have a positive and informative experience. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized people-focused and eager to support in-person brand engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Provide bilingual customer support at events promotional activations and community engagements
Greet assist and answer questions from customers in both English and Spanish
Help set up and maintain event booths and promotional displays
Distribute materials and guide customers through product or service offerings
Translate signage flyers and other print materials as needed
Document customer feedback and assist with basic reporting
Maintain a professional welcoming atmosphere while representing client brands
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Prior experience in customer service retail hospitality or in-person promotions preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends during events
Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions precisely
Reliable punctual and team-oriented
