Education
Bachelors degree in youth studies workforce development human services or related field
Experience
Five (5) years of experience coordinating or managing programs for youth and/or adults
Equivalency
An equivalent combination of education and experience closely related to the duties of the position MAY be considered (e.g. 9 years of highly related experience AND High School Diploma/GED)
Licenses/Certifications
First Aid/CPR trainingwithin 1 year of hire
Van trainingwithin 1 year of hire
Previousexperience working with people from various cultural socioeconomicracialand ethnic backgrounds
Demonstrated ability to work with individuals and communities from diverse socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds

Proven effectiveness in the delivery of workforce development youth development or college and career readiness programs

One (1) or more years of experience working with young people facing multiple barriers from a variety of cultural backgrounds
