University Colleges mission isto foster student success in and out of the classroom through collaborative academic student support structures helping allstudents to explore learn and grow. Departments in University College include Academic Success (Academic and Career Advising Center Disability Resource Center and Tutoring-Learning Center) Center for Inclusive Teaching and Learning Critical Thinking Center Office of International Education Office of Student Retention University Libraries UWSP at Marshfield and UWSP at Wausau.
This position reports directly to the Dean of University College. They assist the Dean with budgeting personnel procedures building management and projects/other duties relating to college operations. Interacts with all members of the college leadership team and supports unit operations. Enacts their role in collaboration with the University College administrative team. Ensures clear and timely follow-up to college team members on operational and administrative matters.

$48000 minimum annually based on qualifications and experience
Demonstrated experience and competence in creating and managing financial procedures.
Demonstrated ability to work successfully with a variety of constituents.
Demonstrated ability to interpret explain and enforce regulations and policies.
Experience managing projects
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (outlook excel word teams etc)
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong oral and written communication skills
Effective problem-solving skills
Bachelors degree
Demonstrated attention to detail.
Demonstrated time management skills.
Supervisory experience
