Now were hiring a Symfony Software Engineer in Portland Oregon to help us build robust backend systems that support our growing portfolio of resorts.

Your Impact
- Develop and maintain scalable modular web applications using Symfony
- Build and optimize database interactions using Doctrine ORM and SQL
- Write clean maintainable code and contribute to long-term platform stability
- Design and integrate RESTful APIs to support frontend and third-party systems
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure reliability and reduce production issues
- Participate in code reviews team planning and architecture discussions
- Collaborate with other developers product managers and QA to deliver high-quality features
- Support system monitoring debugging and performance tuning as needed
What You Bring
- 3 years of backend development experience with a strong focus on the Symfony framework
- Experience with Doctrine ORM and proficiency in relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming MVC architecture and clean code practices
- Familiarity with writing unit tests and using testing frameworks like PHPUnit
- Proficiency with Git and comfort working in an Agile environment
- Bonus: Experience with Docker messaging systems (e.g. RabbitMQ) or event-driven design
- A collaborative mindset strong attention to detail and a commitment to building systems that scale
