About The Opportunity

An exciting new opportunity exists to become a part of Programmeds Facility Management business unit. Reporting to the Service Delivery Team Leader your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day administrative tasks and coordinating various services related to the contract. This encompasses managing work orders generating reports handling invoicing and facilitating communication with stakeholders. Additionally you will play a crucial role in administering the computerized work management system ensuring efficient receipt allocation and reporting of maintenance service requests including proactive maintenance efforts.

Nature of the position: Permanent Full Time

Location: Spring Hill

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive prioritize and assign customer service requests
  • Maintain data in work order system and complete follow ups to manage work completion to SLA
  • Complete documentation and processes to a high degree of quality
  • Monitor progress and timelines of service requests
  • Manage contractor listings and external audit schedules
  • Ensure timely completion of safety reporting and communication

About You

  • Experience in administration / help desk related activities.
  • High level of customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated computer literacy in both windows and business-based applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational capabilities with attention to accuracy and detail
  • A strong customer focus and an ability to build strong customer relationships.
