You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Instructional Designer is responsible for designing implementing and evaluating training and development programs for employees within the UW System. This position will develop and deliver in-person virtual and asynchronous learning. The specialist will collaborate with various departments to identify training needs develop content deliver training and assess the effectiveness of the training programs. This role requires strong instructional design skills and excellent communication abilities.

WORK LOCATION
The office location is in Madison WI. An in-office requirement is expected three days per week with the option to work the remaining two days off-site/remote. Telecommuting agreements are subject to change at any time.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The Instructional Designer (Official Title: Training & Organizational Development Specialist II) is a full-time salaried (exempt) academic staff position.
Well-qualified candidates can expect a starting annual salary within a range of $68000 - $79500 commensurate with the candidates education related experience and qualifications.
