Job Description
Leads provided from mitigation services
Expect to work with our mitigation team
We do not work remotely during business hours
Obtain signed contracts
Estimate Reconstruction of commercial and residential structures per guidelines
Adhere to all SLAs
Obtain certificates of satisfaction
Ensure job profitability
Develop relationships within insurance community property manager building owners and others in the reconstruction business
Develop leads other than from our mitigation services
Xactimate skills are required / CoreLogic skills a plus
