Job Description
- Producing quantities estimates and populating predefined Excel-based Purchase Order templates
- Working within BuilderTrend to manage building schedules and task deadlines
- Reviewing and improving procedures to enhance accuracy and operational efficiency through the smart use of technology
- Researching and suggesting tools or tech solutions that streamline the estimating and procurement process
- Liaising with Site Managers Trades Suppliers and Clients
- Onboarding and negotiating with new Trades and Suppliers
- Managing client expectations with clear confident communication
- Applying your knowledge of building materials to ensure all procurement queries are handled with professionalism
Requirements
- Passionate about the building industry and committed to high-quality outcomes
- Skilled in Excel (including formulas/calculations) and confident with digital tools
- Excited by systems thinking and enjoys streamlining processes and improving workflows
- Focused organised and meticulous accuracy is a must
- A strong communicator who works well with different stakeholders

- Experience in the construction industry is highly desirable but a forward-thinking attitude and eagerness to learn are just as important.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering is preferred. 3+ years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on Australian standards. Proficiency in structural analysis, and design software is an advantage. Strong understanding of Australian building codes and standards. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Additional Job Details: Set-up and Location: Hybrid (Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga, Cebu) Work Schedule: 9:00AM to 6:00PM (AWST) | 9:00AM to 6:00PM (PH) Employment Type: Full-time All interviews and other hiring requirements are done virtually or through video calls or emails.
