Accounts Payable/Accounting Specialist
- Seeking someone with 2-5 years of AP and basic Accounting and Bookkeeping experience
- Payroll experience and making journal entries a plus
- Need a very detailed oriented person with good basic accounting experience
Management Aide Specialist(s) for a Local Housing Authority
- Provide great customer service to tenants and potential tenants on site or over the phone
- Assist with the application process and gathering/collection of all needed information/paperwork (must be precise)
- Communicate with tenants on verification of income changes and family composition
- Handle any tenant issues according to HUD standards and procedures
- Maintain tenant files with all associated information correspondence verification documentation and scan paperwork into system
- Coordinate/conduct inspections assist with move-ins by following established HUD procedures and do appropriate paperwork
- Deal with issues with the Property Managers concerning any violations of lease agreements
- Be very detailed in all aspects of the job
- Be organized and schedule work out proactively each month
- Need someone who learns quick is very detailed oriented can follow procedures and wants to help others
