RockPointe Church Worship Leader - Parker Square
Reports to: Worship Pastor
Hours: 40 hours per week Exempt

Main Function
To lead and execute weekend and seasonal services primarily at our Parker Square Campus. To lead and develop our Young Adult Service. This position also completes administrative tasks needed in planning scheduling and developing volunteers.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Clear understanding of and commitment to modeling our RPC Staff Values
- Handle and safeguard confidential church information
- Actively attend Sunday worship services
- Attend required staff meetings (1st & 3rd Tuesdays monthly team meetings)
- Leads weekly Sunday services at Parker Square
- Equips and develops volunteers for weekly services
- Attends weekly service-related meetings
- Seasonal calendar planning meetings for special and holiday services
- Recruiting and onboarding for new volunteers
- Oversee YA and Student Worship services
- Other duties and responsibilities assigned to by Worship Pastor or in collaboration with YA staff
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Worship Pastor
Skills& Attributes
- Basic knowledge of or ability to learn platforms/media used by RockPointe Church: Planning Center Multitracks Playback TouchPoint Bamboo eSpace Nexonia Martus Asana
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Word Excel Outlook SharePoint Teams)
- Ability to interact with a wide range of people compassionately and patiently
- Ability to juggle multiple projects with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to self-start and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Responsiveness and flexibility regarding time-sensitive changes and/or requests
