Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales to lead and grow our high-performing sales team in Gatlinburg TN. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with a passion for people development strategic execution and exceeding performance goals in a fast-paced resort sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead mentor and motivate a team of Sales Managers and Vacation Ownership Consultants to achieve monthly and quarterly goals.

  • Recruit train and develop top-tier sales talent in alignment with company expectations and compliance standards.

  • Monitor and manage daily operations of the sales floor to ensure consistent performance and exceptional guest experiences.

  • Partner with marketing and resort operations to optimize tour flow lead generation and close ratios.

  • Analyze sales metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for growth improvement and operational efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and uphold company values and brand standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in vacation ownership/timeshare sales with at least 2 years in a senior leadership or director-level role.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and developing high-performance teams.

  • Strong interpersonal leadership and communication skills.

  • Ability to work weekends holidays and a flexible schedule based on business needs.

  • Bachelors degree preferred but not required (experience may substitute).

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance analytics.
