Were currently seeking a Senior Project Manager Marine Projects to join our North Vancouver team and lead complex high-impact marine construction projects from concept to completionincluding a portfolio of exciting future projects that will help define the next generation of coastal infrastructure in British Columbia.

Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Senior Project Manager youll play a pivotal role in delivering marine infrastructure projects that meet the highest standards of safety quality and performance. Your key responsibilities include:
- Project Execution: Lead day-to-day operations ensuring alignment with project plans specifications and timelines.
- Scheduling & Documentation: Prepare and manage construction schedules contracts change orders and progress reports.
- Subcontractor Coordination: Negotiate revisions manage subcontractor relationships and ensure seamless collaboration.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor job cost forecasting billing and financial reporting to maintain budget integrity.
- Client Relations: Act as a key liaison with clients supporting business development and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior staff and promote a strong culture of Health Safety & Environment (HSE) across all project phases.
What You Bring
- Education: Degree or diploma in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.
- Experience: 8 years of project management experience in marine or heavy civil construction.
- Professional Registration: Registered or eligible to register as AScT or EIT/. in British Columbia.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of marine construction techniques including foundations cranes barges and driven piles.
- Project Controls: Proficiency in contract documentation scheduling tools (e.g. MS Project) and financial management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
- Other Requirements: Valid drivers license and a commitment to safety quality and continuous improvement.
