The Department of Teacher Education invites applications for a Part-time Academic Instructor for the following course:
Course Number and Title: EDUC 432A Principles and Practices of Secondary Education
Course Description: This course emphasizes the foundations of becoming a secondary school teacher. Topics include the professional and ethical role of the teacher educational planning the professional development process reflective practice teaching strategies learning processes classroom environment and management and pedagogy.
Start and End Dates: September 1 - November 30 2025 (subject to final budgetary approval)
Class Schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:30-10:15am (Sept 8 - Nov 5 2025)
Delivery Mode: In person (on-campus)
Qualifications
Candidates should have a PhD or MEd with significant experience in the course area.
