Who are we looking for
The Digital Delivery team in Sydney offers Civil Design Documentation services in collaboration with diverse multidisciplinary teams delivering projects across Transport Water Energy and Property sectors.
We are seeking an experienced drafter who demonstrates strong leadership skills and a commitment to technical excellence to join our team and oversee drawing production for design documentation projects in Transport.
Working with an energetic and high performing team this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
- Lead all drawing and modelling activities on projects.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to determine drafting resources and standards.
- Manage drawing registers transmittal systems and documentation workflows.
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary drafting teams and ensure quality assurance at key milestones.
- Serve as the BIM Leader or Document Controller when required.
What you will bring to the team
- Over 10 years experience in design documentation ideally within consulting environments.
- Proficient in AutoCAD CAD software and BIM workflows for power systems and renewables.
- Skilled in leading and onboarding drafting teams and maintaining effective documentation workflows.
- Experienced in QA checks drafting standards compliance documentation and document control systems.
- Strong communication skills collaborating with engineers BIM leads and project managers.
