Rabo Graduate Program

Rabo Graduate Program offers a unique opportunity for university graduates to forge a meaningful career path through Rabobank.

Our 18-month program provides a platform to experience a variety of Rabobank career options. Whether its connecting with colleagues in Sydneys head office working with clients on the ground in our regional and rural branches or potentially even enjoying an international rotation in our global head office in Utrecht you can be part of the team helping our clients feed the world more sustainably.

Rural Banking Graduate

As a bank dedicated to agriculture our regional and rural branches help support the innovative farmers and agribusinesses who put food on our tables every day.

Our Rural Banking Graduate Stream offers you the opportunity to work in these branches gaining valuable skills and knowledge that will help add value to our clients build meaningful relationships and help support our farmersto grow more with less.

No two days are ever the same you will be guided by the experts in the field on how to maintain and grow client portfolio conduct credit review undertake financial analysis and bring your innovative ideas on ways to add value to our clients.

To develop a well-rounded knowledge of the bank you will also be placed on two short-term rotations within risk and compliance and operations. Selected Graduates will also be placed on a short-term international rotation to connect with colleagues in our global head office in Utrecht the Netherlands.

About You

• Flexible to relocate across different regional or rural locations in Australia (accommodation allowance may apply)

• Final year undergraduate or postgraduate student or have recently graduated within the last three years.

• Australia or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident.

• Available to start full time employment from February 2026.

• Demonstrated knowledge and interest in your chosen field.

• Passion for the food and agribusiness industry would be advantageous.

• Self-motivated with ability to plan and organise self.

• Excellent time management and ability to multi task and prioritise work.

• Attention to detail and problem solving skills.

• Strong communication at all levels both written and verbal.
