- Will be headquartered in Phoenix AZ - Role will be remote until new office opens
- Been in business for almost 10 years
- Hiring Executive Leadership currently

Background Profile:
- You will eventually need to reside in the Greater-Phoenix area and open to working in-office
- Must have BIG TECH experience no exceptions (Meta X Microsoft Google Amazon OpenAI Snap TikTok)
- Seeking 10 years of executive leadership experience and high-level degrees welcomed.
- Deep expertise from OpenAI DeepMind Anthropic FAIR xAI or similar.
- Experience leading intelligence real-time recommendation systems user modeling and algorithmic control.
- Expertise directing large-scale engineering and infrastructure initiatives impacting millions globally.
- Must be aboardroom-level eyebrow-raiserfor institutional investors and sovereigns.
- Youre no stranger to pressure: tight deadlines high demand and zero room for failure.
- You care about building something that lastsreal impact over hype or quick wins.
- You move fast build boldly and arent afraid to challenge the status quo.
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder as no sponsorship is available for this role.
