The hourly rate range for this position is $26.50 - $27.00 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
The Hilton Motif Seattle is looking for a talented Group Rooms Coordinator to join their dynamic team!

This sleek urban style hotel features amenities including a vibrant award-winning restaurant offering an extensive outdoor patio with sweeping city views over 28000 square feet of meeting space and 319 newly redesigned rooms.
What will I be doing
As Group Rooms Coordinator you would be responsible for processing group reservation information including rooming lists suites resumes and billing requirements. Communicates and verifies information between Meeting Planners Housing Bureaus Meetings and Conventions and Front Office. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standard:
Processing reservation request calls as appropriate
Assisting internal and external customers
Coordinating and implementing department activities and projects
Providing clerical support and assistance to management
