Job Description:
The main goal of this role is to implement the strategy outlined in the CBN SOC by supporting the MSE leader in coordinating pillar activities. Creating ensuring efficient operation and continuously improving the documentation process related to the standards applicable to the Mars Supply Excellence pillars.
What will your responsibilities be in this role
Development of company-specific Lean concept (Mars Supply Excellence) methods and instruments to increase an added value and continuous improvement of processes
Create a culture of continues improvement through daily problem-solving engaging people on the shop floor. Animate improvements in safety quality performance & cost structure
Act as a subject matter expert for the site coaching others in the process improvement philosophy skills methods and techniques to increase the capability of the business to respond to problems - enable teams to become autonomous learning-driven and value-focused
Processes optimization based on company-specific Lean concept (Mars Supply Excellence) in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
close cooperation with regional SME coaches to share and pull best practices from other sites to enhance standardization across all the factories
support the responsible executives and employees in the implementation of improvement measures
coordination of documentation of tasks processes and the measures
What do we expect
University degree (mechanical engineering /manufacturing /process optimization / lean management)
Minimum 4years of experience in the field of implementing lean management in the manufacturing area
Very good knowledge of lean manufacturing tools (IWS Kaizen TPM TQM) and analytical thinking
Passion and deeply rooted belief in lean philosophy
Excellent communication in English and Polish
Strong interpersonal skills and energy in action
Presentation and facilitation skills
