Job Description
We are currently recruiting a bright lawyer to join our Real Estate Town Planning team within our market leading real estate group in Milan.

Main duties and responsibilities
- Advising companies and public administrations on town planning building and environmental law
- Dealing with the administrative aspects related to the authorisation processes for the construction and operation of real estate complexes
- Participation in meetings with clients together with the associate/partner responsible for the matter
About you
- Law degree with great academic results
- We do not set upper or lower limits of PQE for any of our vacancies. However we believe that candidates who have between 1 and 2 years PQE are likely to have the right level of legal knowledge and have gained the right level of experience needed to be able to undertake this role
- Excellent communication and drafting skills in Italian and English
- Previous experience in town planning building and environmental law
- Service minded organized and able to meet deadlines
- Positive mentality with a can do attitude
- Demonstrate a desire to achieve excellence
