Job Summary
Luxinmo a leading luxury real estate agency on the Costa Blanca and Ibiza is seeking an experienced and commercially passionate Rentals Agent to join our dynamic team in our Calpe office. As a beacon in the luxury housing sector we pride ourselves on our sophisticated portfolio and exceptional client service.
Tasks
- Manage and nurture leads within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Acquire new property listings in Calpe area.
- Guide clients through the entire booking and signing process with support from our commercial and legal team.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the real estate industry.
- A strong passion for sales and the luxury market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluency in Spanish and English and knowledge of a third language like French German Polish Russian or Dutch. Applications that dont meet this requirement will be rejected.
