Theyre now looking for a visionary Head Chef to lead the kitchen inspire the brigade and shape the next era of this critically acclaimed dining destination.

- Driving the daily operation of a fast-paced 3 Rosette kitchen
- Leading mentoring and developing a passionate and skilled brigade
- Crafting innovative menus that reflect seasonality and precision
- Upholding the highest standards of consistency presentation and taste
- Taking ownership of kitchen performance cost control and compliance
- Playing a pivotal role in maintaining and elevating Rosette standards
