As our Senior Manager Software Development youll take the lead in building smart digital solutions that directly impact our global customer experience across marketing sales service and beyond.

What Youll Do
- Lead and mentor a growing team of software engineers
- Set technical direction and drive architectural decisions
- Translate business needs into robust scalable solutions
- Collaborate with teams across Marketing Sales Finance and Product
- Deliver technical solutions with a strong focus on marketing technology integration
- Take an active hands-on role in development including coding debugging and reviewing
- Ensure timely delivery of high-impact software projects
- Own performance reviews career development and foster a culture of innovation
- Create and maintain technical documentation (diagrams architecture integration specs)
What You Bring
Must-Haves
- 8 years of hands-on experience in software development (ideally in the JavaScript ecosystem)
- 3 years of experience leading teams of 5 engineers
- Strong stakeholder engagement experience across departments
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Azure or AWS
- Solid experience with TypeScript
- Strong delivery mindset and high attention to detail
- Fluent English skills
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Python MongoDB or other databases
- Experience with content modeling
- Prior work in fast-paced digital or marketing-driven environments
- Knowledge of modern DevOps practices
- Experience with Terraform
