About Your Workplace
In our dynamic and collaborative department we are looking for a team player mwd who can take on the management planning and execution of comprehensive and cross-departmental audits both independently and as part of a this role you will work closely with various areas of the Miele Group and senior management. As an interface you will promote collaboration between specialist departments and the audited units.Your Responsibilities
- You will prepare and carry out audits (business processes projects and key topics) in line with the annual audit plan as well as ad hoc and special audits worldwide
- Based on your audit results you will prepare audit reports in English. Together with the audited departments you will develop action plans and take responsibility for monitoring the agreed measures
- You will present audit results in a risk-oriented and management-relevant manner to senior management and the responsible leadership teams within the company
- You will contribute to the ongoing development of modern processes and audit methods actively helping to shape the future direction of Internal Audit at Miele
What we are looking for
- You have a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification. Ideally you already have experience in auditing. A Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) qualification is a plus
- You have strong analytical skills quickly identify risks and possess a good understanding of complex interrelationships
- You have a keen sense for efficient business processes ideally have experience with SAP and think entrepreneurially and solution-oriented
- You are able to present results in a structured and persuasive manner
- Fluent German and English skills complete your profile
