What Youll Do:
Working in the 1st Line Business Banking Team you will:
- Optimise credit policies and settings to balance risk and reward supporting sustainable portfolio growth and improved ROE.
- Identify new customer segments and policy opportunities using data-driven insights and independent analysis.
- Recommend and implement policy changes backed by strong commercial reasoning and evidence.
- Monitor portfolio performance and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve portfolio quality
- Collaborate across teams to enhance credit processes and improve customer experience.
What Youll Bring:
- 8 years in Financial Services with deep expertise in credit risk lending products or credit operations.
- Proven experience in credit policy optimisation and portfolio analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to identify and act on opportunities.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data interpretation.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills- both oral and written
- Proactivity and an ability work independently and drive outcomes
- Sound knowledge of Commercial Lending (CRE & SME).
