Who are we looking for

Were looking for a detail-oriented and proactiveProposal Coordinatorto join our team. This role is responsible for preparing bidding proposals and managing the full lifecycle of bidding and contract processes ensuring compliance accuracy and strategic alignment with organisational goals.

Working with an energetic and high-performing team you will:

  • Coordinate the bid process from pre-bid phase through to final production of Expression of Interests proposals panel submissions and tender presentations to clients.
  • Assist with assigned aspects of writing and editing proposal documents
  • Prepare and maintain supporting material for proposals such as CVs and GHD corporate information
  • Support the business by collecting and managing internal information for tracking opportunities and contributing to knowledge management processes.
  • Support the management of the tenders inbox including distribution of tender opportunities and information and lodgement of tenders.

What you will bring to the team:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in bidding contracts or related administrative processes.
  • Strong communication and writing skills and high level of attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word Excel and Powerpoint) and preferable design packages such as Adobe inDesign
