Job Description
Are you an experienced screen printer ready to lead from the front Were looking for a Screen Printing Press Operator / Team Leader in Emmaus PA to manage production on the press and guide a small team to hit quality and efficiency targets.
Monday-Friday
7:30am-4pm
$18-$20/hr BOE
What Youll Do:
Operate and maintain automatic and/or manual screen printing presses
Lead a team of screen print staff to meet daily production goals
Set up jobs align screens mix inks and ensure color accuracy
Perform quality control checks to maintain print consistency
Troubleshoot issues and keep downtime to a minimum
Train and mentor junior press operators and assistants
Ensure safety cleanliness and organization in the print area
What You Bring:
1 years of experience working on M&R Automatic press operations to includes boarding and pulling within a screen-printing manufacturing environment
Comprehensive understanding of all screen print techniques and processes
The ability to troubleshoot and adjust equipment when needed
Culture Awareness
Attention to details understand the different print locations for various garment types and products
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ready to lead the press and make your mark
