Residential Property Conveyancer Skipton Yorkshire Salary: 30000 - 40000 (DOE)
Are you an experienced residential conveyancer looking to join a well-established legal practice in the beautiful market town of Skipton Were working with a respected Yorkshire law firm who are seeking a skilled conveyancer to manage their own busy caseload with minimal supervision.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2 years conveyancing experience to take ownership of their files whilst building and maintaining a strong local client base in the Yorkshire Dales area.
What youll be doing:
Managing a busy caseload of residential sale and purchase matters
Handling freehold and leasehold transactions from instruction to completion
Taking client instructions and providing expert legal advice
Building and maintaining a solid client base in Skipton and surrounding areas
Delivering exceptional service throughout the conveyancing process
Taking on delegated supervisory responsibilities when required
What were looking for:
2 years experience at a similar conveyancing level
Sound technical conveyancing knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong client relationship building skills
Excellent communication skills and customer service approach
Flexible can do attitude with ability to work under pressure
