General Liability Defense Side Attorney
Compensation: The annualized salary range for this position is $120000 to $140000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
Our client is a leading mid-sized law firm with offices around the tri-state and Florida. Hybrid work environment working 9-5pm.
They are currently seeking a General Liability Defense-side Attorney with 2-4 years of experience for their Uniondale office. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Requirements:
- Demonstrate an ability to analyze issues communicate regularly with claims professionals document communication and assist in resolving cases efficiently
- Experience in preparing pleadings conducting depositions and motion practice
- Trial experience a plus
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school
- Be in good standing as an active member of the New York Bar
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and to work independently in a dynamic fast-paced environment
Hybrid HoursMinimum 3 days a week in office 2 days a week remotely
