We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with experience in electrical construction to oversee and lead a variety of commercial and residential projects in Quakertown PA. Responsibilities for Project Manager
Plan organize and manage electrical construction projects from pre-construction to close-out
Coordinate schedules subcontractors materials and project timelines
Oversee and lead internal crews and ensure compliance with safety standards and code requirements
Communicate regularly with clients vendors inspectors and team members to ensure project alignment
Monitor job site progress and quality; proactively resolve issues as they arise
Track project budgets document changes and manage change orders
Work closely with estimators and engineers to understand project scope and ensure constructability
Conduct project meetings and maintain accurate project documentation
Qualifications for Project Manager:
3 years of experience in project management for an electrical contractor
Strong understanding of electrical systems installation processes and industry best practices
Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints drawings and project specs
Experience with construction management software Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with NEC OSHA safety requirements and local building codes
Valid drivers license; ability to travel to job sites as needed
Bachelors degree in Construction Management Electrical Engineering or related field preferred (not required)
