Personal Lines Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join a collaborative team. This role involves managing and servicing a book of personal insurance accounts including home auto and umbrella policies. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in personal lines insurance excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage accounts from start to finish.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50000 $60000 annually
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k)
Responsibilities
- Manage and service a book of approximately 250 personal lines accounts.
- Handle all aspects of account servicing including quoting renewals endorsements and policy changes.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Use the agency management system to manage accounts and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient client-centered service.
Qualifications/Requirements
- License: Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
- Experience: 13 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
- Technical Skills: Previous experience utilizing agency management software preferred.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Customer-focused and solutions-oriented mindset
