Right now we are looking for Intern - Healthcare FP&A

What You Will Do:

  • Support the monthly performance management cycle business forecasts closing analysis and reporting activities ensure timely accurate and complete submissions for SG&A and direct charges

  • Provide monthly variance analysis understand key business drivers identify areas of focus and improvement drive and monitor follow up actions

  • Build strong business partnership and communicate with the HC EU FP&A manager Finance Director commercial functional stakeholders and divisional/regional finance teams provide monthly status to budget owners

  • Work closely with HR director on headcount tracking monitoring and follow up actions

  • Provide SG&A inputs to support senior leadership presentations in business planning strategic reviews and monthly/quarterly financial reviews

  • Leverage and/or improve existing reports to support better business decisions

  • Proactively seek and implement standardization process improvements in business planning/forecasting/closing processes reporting and centralization of FP&A activities be a catalyst for change and continuous improvement in FP&A activities

  • Deliver various ad hoc analyses and support various FP&A activities

What Will You Need:

  • Student status

  • Working toward a bachelor or masters degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics

  • English fluency (B2 or higher) and good communication skills

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

  • Excellent Excel modeling skills (PivotTables more complex excel formulas)

  • Having basic skills in PowerPoint Power BI and Power Query as well as knowledge of SAP will be an asset.

  • Ability to work under time pressure

  • Availability 25-30 hours per week
