In this position you are responsible for preparing contract summaries and managing the signature process. You take care of digital contract filing in our file management system and support the team with the digital filing of correspondence.
MAINTENANCE OF THE LEGAL DATABASE AND RESEARCH
Your tasks include the precise entry of data into our legal database and rights management based on the available information about content productions and distribution activities. You will work independently with contracts and obtain information internally and from contracting partners. Additionally you will support the team with research on legal issues.
OPTIMIZATION OF PROCESSES
You support the harmonization and standardization of various processes in which the Legal Team is involved thereby increasing the teams efficiency. Acting as a liaison between the Legal Team and other business departments working closely with other team members and contribute to the success of cross-departmental and cross-organizational projects.
You are independently responsible for a part of the systems as a key user organize meetings and workshops and coordinate internal topics and their flow of information. You are also the first point of contact for questions or technical issues and are responsible for training and supporting the Legal Department in working with legal systems. Additionally you are responsible for defining and managing workflows (e.g. regarding the electronic signing of documents/contracts) and for drafting and monitoring guidelines.
BACK OFFICE AND GENERAL SUPPORT
You support the team and Head of Legal Marketing and Media with general administrative tasks including organizing calendars and coordinating meetings. Additionally you will be responsible for managing and processing expenses for the team. You also assist in preparing presentations/trainings write memos and reports and ensure timely follow-up.
Qualifications :
Minimum 2 years of experience as an assistant
Fluent English language skills German is a Plus
Very good MS Office skills (especially Word Power Point and Excel)
Proactivity high self-motivation and a can-do attitude
Very good organizational skills and ability to work independently
Strong communication skills discretion and loyalty
Additional Information :
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position which is EUR 2 303 gross per month. However our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
