About the Program - Start date 1st of September 2025
Were launching a 12-month development program for aspiring recruiters who want to grow in IT recruitment and gain exposure to AI-driven hiring processes. This program is fast-paced hands-on and focused on real project delivery from the very first month.
Youll begin by supporting screening and interview coordination then progressively grow into sourcing and candidate engagement while also testing and applying AI tools to optimize the recruitment cycle.
Your Responsibilities
In your first weeks:
- Join onboarding and understand our recruitment flow systems and culture
- Screen candidates in the ATS (SmartRecruiters) based on role-specific requirements
- Coordinate interviews (HR technical final) with candidates and hiring teams
Starting month 2:
- Assist with candidate sourcing via LinkedIn and job boards
- Draft engaging job descriptions and outreach messages (with support from AI tools)
- Pre-screen and shortlist candidates for IT roles (.NET Java Frontend QA DevOps)
- Keep recruitment pipelines updated and contribute to reporting and tracking
- Use and test AI-powered tools for CV parsing shortlisting and message optimization
AI Tools Youll Learn to Use
- ChatGPT / Gemini for outreach writing and JD editing
- AI-based screening and scoring of CVs
- SmartRecruiters AI plugins for pipeline automation
- LinkedIn Recruiter AI suggestions
- Automated interview scheduling and candidate feedback systems
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
- Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment or sourcing (agency or in-house)
- Interest in IT profiles and openness to learn technical terms and stacks
- Curious about how AI can support recruitment and eager to explore tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English B2 minimum)
- Fast learner proactive collaborative attitude
