Your mission:
Manage animate & accompany the L1 sales & distribution support teams within your department
Recruit onboard and increase competence of team members to become experts on their scope
Pilot the external providers & internal teams in charge of L1 Support for Accor : Quality follow up operational performance
Sharing knowledge/information with all L1 team members to improve everyones cross-cutting skills
Setting up a quality process error tracking optimization process and action plans whenever necessary.
Intervene whenever there is a blocking situation at L1 level.
Generate enthusiasm for sales & distribution topics and ensure that all (new) functional processes are applied correctly.
Identify recurrent sales & distribution incidents. Share this information with L2 colleagues to feed the knowledge base and to improve the processes if needed.
