Job Summary
Our PM Digital team supports its business partners to market and sell their products through an omni-channel approach involving digital marketing automation industry-specialized marketplaces and DKSH Discover a portal for specialty chemicals and this global role based in Barcelona you will lead global digital automation projects driving platform optimization team delivery and continuous improvement across multiple core projects.
General Responsibilities
- Lead automation projects across Document Management PO-to-SO conversion Material Creation and Client/Supplier Onboarding integrated with SAP Salesforce and eCommerce platforms.
- Define strategies and deliver scalable compliant workflows to streamline document handling data capture and approval processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations Regulatory Procurement Finance Legal) to drive adoption and ensure business alignment.
- Oversee solution design metadata and data model structures and integration requirements for seamless system performance.
- Manage project scope timelines and KPIs ensuring automation enhances operational efficiency and user experience globally.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Computer Science Engineering or related field (Masters degree is a plus)
- More than 5 years in project or program management business analysis and software delivery with expertise in process automation and digitalization
- Proficient in automation tools and technologies development methodologies and platform architecture
- Strong proficiency in English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
