Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Reservation Manager to join our team in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our hospitality management team you will be responsible for overseeing all reservation activities maximizing revenue and ensuring high occupancy rates while delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Lead and supervise the reservations team providing training support and guidance to ensure consistent high-quality service
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize occupancy rates and revenue generation
  • Collaborate with other departments to create and manage reservation policies and procedures
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform pricing and promotional strategies
  • Manage and maintain the propertys reservation system ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Handle complex reservation inquiries and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
  • Generate regular reports on occupancy revenue and other key performance indicators
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support promotional activities and special events
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant hospitality industry regulations and company policies
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve reservation processes and enhance guest satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key corporate clients and travel agencies to drive bookings
  • Implement upselling techniques to maximize room revenue and enhance guest experiences
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to reservation team members
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in reservation systems
  • Coordinate with the housekeeping department to ensure accurate room inventory management

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in hotel reservations or front office management preferably in a luxury or 5-star hotel 
  • Strong knowledge of reservation systems (e.g. Opera Opera Cloud PMS) and revenue management principles
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize occupancy maximize revenue and manage room allocations efficiently
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as needed
