Job Description
As part of the global operation team the product engineer in the BST Suzhou team has the ownership for products QCD* target driving the series products QCD* target achievement via efficient SE-team work.
*QCD: Quality Cost Delivery
- Optimize product QCD in mass production with product SE-Team
- Driving implementation and optimization of production flows and procedures
- Define product KPIs / planning premises and define measures for achievement
- Driving evaluation and reporting of production-related KPIs
- Driving decisions with product SE-Team w.r.t QCD related topics
- Representing operations in mass production to development
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree (or higher) in Microelectronics or related field
- Self-motivated good coordination and moderation skills
- Good English in written and verbal
- Good communication skills and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Assertiveness
- Strong leadership skills in project management work
- At least 5 years related work experience
- Production-related data analysis and manufacturing control tools
- Statistical process control (e.g. SBL Maverick cpk BOPP)
- Quality methods (e.g. 8D problem solving failure analysis)
- Basic financial/cost understanding (e.g. PPC EBIT BC)
- Familiar with semiconductor technology and process (Fab Assembly Test)
- Familiar with qualification and validation for semiconductor products and production
Preferred:
- Familiar with MEMS technology and products
- Familiar with qualification and validation for MEMS products and production
