Job Title: Director of Asset Management
Reports To: Chief Marketing Officer

Location: Newport Beach CA
FLSA Status: Exempt/Salary
Position Status: Full-Time
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (subject to change based on project assignments/deadlines)
Base Salary: $100000
Travel: Up to 25% of the time; includes out-of-state travel
Job Summary
The Director of Asset Management is responsible for the success of our investor relationships and Asset Management team in achieving the objectives of the Asset Management this role youll oversee investor relationships investor communications and help foster new growth opportunities within those relationships. You will also be directly responsible for the professional development mentorship and performance management of the Manager-level subordinate ensuring they grow in leadership capability and technical skill to support the teams long-term success. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in team development and leadership project management and account addition the candidate will have deep knowledge and experience in self-storage operations revenue management marketing accounting and CapEx projects. This position also requires a strong understanding of various technologies related to analytics data science e-commerce AI database development and cross-application integration.
