We thrive on hard work and determination and were looking for an enthusiastic Account Executive to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to earn substantial commission for those who are driven and willing to put in the effort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential and existing clients to promote our products and services utilizing strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Maintain and nurture a current clientele ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service.
- Actively pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calls emails and follow-ups.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals demonstrating a strong drive for personal and team success.
- Manage sales records and customer information in our CRM system ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for overcoming challenges in a fast-paced and sometimes mundane work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business sales marketing or related field; relevant sales training or certification is a bonus.
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role preferably in a challenging sales environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is a plus.
- A strong work ethic and a go-getter attitude with a determination to succeed and achieve targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients effectively.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a willingness to tackle challenges head-on.
