Job Description

JOB SUMMARY: The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for executing the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of field-based and hourly roles across North Coast Holdings and its subsidiary companies. This role focuses on sourcing attracting and hiring qualified candidates while supporting local and regional workforce needs. The TA Specialist will partner with hiring managers attend hiring events and build proactive candidate pipelines. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow into a regional recruiting role and is critical to supporting the talent needs of a high-volume operations-driven business.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: No

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including intake meetings sourcing screening coordinating interviews and extending offers for assigned roles
  • Partner with operational leaders and the Recruiting Supervisor to understand hiring needs and priorities
  • Attend hiring events job fairs and community recruiting initiatives to build local talent pipelines
  • Support proactive sourcing strategies utilizing job boards social media referrals and CRM campaigns
  • Assist in drafting job postings and ensure consistency across platforms and branding guidelines
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with internal processes
  • Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience
  • Execute text/email campaigns through the recruitment CRM to attract passive candidates and drive engagement
  • Track and report key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill pipeline activity and campaign effectiveness
  • Provide administrative support as needed including interview scheduling and offer documentation
  • Provide coverage and recruiting support to other team members during peak hiring periods or when covering scheduled PTO.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

12 years of experience in recruiting sourcing or coordination (agency or in-house TA experience preferred)

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and/or CRM tools

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple open requisitions and shift priorities based on business needs

Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Valid drivers license and ability to travel for job fairs or hiring events occasionally

Valid drivers license and ability to travel up to 50% of the time

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field

Experience in vegetation management or related industries

Bilingual in English/Spanish

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and digital recruitment tools
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in sensitive matters

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

COMPENSATION: $61000 - $75000 annually
