Job Description
Job Title: CDL Driver Passenger Endorsement
Location: Seattle WA (Multiple Openings: Redmond Everett Greater Seattle Area)
Pay: $27 - $36/hour $5000 Sign-On Bonus
Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced and safety-focused CDL Drivers with a Passenger Endorsement to join a fast-growing transportation team serving corporate clients throughout the Puget Sound region. This role includes consistent routes high-quality vehicles and a company culture centered on community safety and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a commercial passenger vehicle on designated routes
- Transport passengers in a courteous professional manner
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Follow DOT regulations and company procedures at all times
- Maintain accurate driver logs and reports
- Report mechanical issues or delays immediately
- Support a safe and clean onboard environment for all passengers
Must Haves / Requirements Summary:
- Active Class A or B CDL with Passenger Endorsement
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
- Ability to pass DOT drug screening and background check
- Minimum 6 months of commercial driving experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work assigned shifts and comply with company scheduling
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in transit shuttle or charter operations
- Knowledge of Seattle and surrounding areas
- Strong safety record and familiarity with vehicle inspections
